Guests enjoy complete privacy since the units have their own private entrances and secure off-street parking. Each guest is supplied with a remote for the security gate giving you absolute freedom of movement.

We have 7 rooms collectively sleeping up to 16 people. Each open plan studio is spacious, comprising of a private bathroom with a bath or shower, a lounge area and the fully fitted kitchen.

Special Conditions & Servicing
Room 6 is a Bed and Breakfast room only, the others providing a self-catering facility. Each unit has a TV , clock radio and tea and coffee making facilities.

Servicing for self catering guests
Rooms are fully serviced every fifth day. Should you require servicing on a more regular basis, this can be arranged at an extra charge. Please arrange with management.

Servicing for bed and breakfast
Servicing is done on a daily basis but excludes Sundays and public holidays.

Meals
Guests are served in their rooms at a convenient time to suit both guest and host and may be either a delicious full English breakfast or a wholesome health/continental breakfast.

We offer dinner on request.

Laundry Service
We make use of a private laundry service in our area, should guests require this service. Rates are very reasonable and they offer a collect/delivery service at no extra charge.

Special Terms & Conditions
• Resident guests are not permitted to entertain private guests on the premises
• No visitors permitted on the premises after 10 pm
• Please be considerate of other guests at all times.
• Due to water restrictions guests are kindly requested to use water sparingly.
• ALL our rooms are non-smoking, penalties may be imposed.

Deposit & cancellation policy
• 50% Non refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings with balance payable upon arrival in cash.
• Regret no cheques or credit cards accepted
• Late cancellations and "no shows" will be charged in full.
